Importance of European Brunch
Not that anyone needs an excuse to eat towers of flapjakes drowned in blueberry syrup and pounds of eggs, but in other cultures brunch ois more then just a meal. Its an oppurtunity to connect with the people around us over food and over life. Generally European brunch take about an hour, enjoying eachothers company, mulling over current life predicemints,all over the pretense of just catching up for lunch.
